Tutor: Filipp Prokofjev
I’m one of the resident directors and vision mixers, and will be taking you through the basics of live and pre-recorded television direction. With this knowledge you will have solid, practical skills that will take you forward in the industry.
My experience in production is as varied as it is extensive. I have worked in Lifestyle Television, News, corporate video production, documentary and music videos. The departments I have been fortunate enough to be a part of have been in Camera, pre-production, post-production, and live production. I have 5+years of camera operating for live and pre-recorded production under my belt, and 2+ years of directing and vision mixing. Some of my proudest moments in the industry have included filming on the back of a speed boat, directing live news during the Coronavirus Pandemic, and smashing sales figures while directing shopping television.
